What is it that you do counts for you?

Another video that challenge me to look within myself and seek what is it about teaching is worthwhile for me?   It is my students who challenge me to change my teaching style and preferences every academic year.
If you're an educator, tell me what is it in our professional makes you feel that your job is truly worthwhile?

Full Reform in Rural Georgia

Wow!  After reviewing this clip on middle and high school teachers at Whitfield County in Georgia was awesome!   I wish I could partake on their experience and learning experiences.    My future subscribers of my blog, I have left the link for your viewing.   Tell me what you think of this great collaboration these teachers are utilizing.   Do you think your school could do this?    Is it only open to middle and high school only?   Tell you what you think?
Peace

Team Teaching...Why do some Educators shy away from it?

I think some educators want their own autonomy.   They are very apprehensive about having another set of eyes critiquing them in this way.   I have fumble upon this video from edutopia.org.    I will let the video do the talking and you can leave a comment and tell me your thoughts.    I look forward in hearing from other educators with their true feelings about this topic.

Thanks and Peace

Hot Days of Summer

Whew!   It is extremely hot here in Georgia.   I went to workout and I am sweating and feeling very sicken by this extremely heat.   Thinking about cool thoughts are not helping but I thought about going to the mall and just hang out there for the A/C.   It is a extremely hot day and I am just chilling here trying to cope with it all.   Just trying to cope with it all!    Until tomorrow, I will stay cool and enjoy the freedom of summer vacation from teaching my students.
